What browsers does the web chat widget work with?

Stay with Us
While using the service, browse within the Information Live frame. Using your browser toolbar to navigate or changing the address bar will terminate your Information Live session.
JavaScript and Cookies
For more advanced features, you will need to configure your PC to allow JavaScript and cookies. See your browser’s help files for instructions on these settings.
Cookies should be enabled to allow a session cookie that provides a consistent, anonymous connection to the chat application.
Firewalls
If your PC is equipped with Norton Personal Firewall, it may adversely affect your Information Live connection. It is recommended that you disable the firewall before accessing Information Live.
